Do you provide International delivery?
Now I provide delivery only within the US. But I am happy to offer you online classes, free tutorials, and supplies to create your perfect flowers!
How do I return an item?
Just let me know and I will send you the instruction for the return process.
How do I track my order?
After the order is completed you will receive an email with official post website tracking. It could be either USPS, UPS or Fedex.
What is your returns policy?
I accept returns only for uncut supplies. All other items cannot be returned due to their hand made nature.

What are your delivery options?
Shipping is provided by:
- Ground delivery (for FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, and TN) delivery in 1-2 days
- USPS delivery in 3-5 workdays
- UPS delivery in 3-5 workdays
